Can I change or cancel my order?
Unfortunately, we are unable to change or cancel an order once processed. However please get in touch with our customer service team via Hello@ohsosweet-treats.co.uk and we will do our best to help.
How will I know my orders been processed?
Once you have placed your order with us, you should receive email confirmation. Please make sure you check your junk mail if you don't see your confirmation email.
I've received my order and a product is damaged?
We're really sorry to hear this - our team take the upmost care when picking and packing orders but sometimes products can get damaged during transit.
Please email our customer services team at hello@ohsosweet-treats.co.uk with details of the damage alongside photographs of the damaged products

When will my order be shipped?
All orders placed before 3pm will be dispatched the same day. All orders placed after 3pm with be dispatched the next working day.
